A reminder that if you want to post something in the News section, you need to include a meaningful description or summary of what the news item is about - "Proserve again!" really doesn't give anyone a clue whether they should bother clicking on the link. Threads that don't do this are likely to just get moved to the Flame Pit.

There is a photo of the letter Proserve sent to the RK in that article which contains the sentence "Failure to provide payment or Driver details and their current address for service will result in you becoming legally liable for the damages."
It's dated 11th March 2015.
I wonder if Valiant would like to comment on any information there that the DVLA might possibly be interested in?

What is a pre-agreed contractual loss exactly? Sounds like utter twaddle and entirely doomed to failure. You can't agree to cause a loss. If they're trying to say that's a valid contractual term and any court agrees we're all stuffed.
