I am in appeal against a ticket which was issued as a result of CCTV. Can anybody tell me what the rules are regarding signage?

Many thanks

forgett about the cctv arguments and regs they are mostly guidence, and the local athourities do not have to adhear to ,and any relavant arguments or legislation dont come into force to be of any help

Post Up the pcn and any other docs so the guys can look at it, omitt all identifying details.

I am sooo sorry for not replying until now!

Boxer thank you so much for advising me that the CCTV regs being merely guidance - that has possibly saved me a whole load of time researching things for nothing/barking up the wrong tree etc.
I was in a bus lane for 6 seconds but I think the de minimus argument would not hold because there is no denying that I was in that bus lane for those 6 seconds...
* So YES PLEASE I would be hugely grateful if you and some of the other guys could have a look at the paperwork and see if you can spot anything there... *
The three documents from them are 1) the PCN, 2) the Letter of Rejection (to my fist appeal) and 3) the subsequent Enforcement Notice. These are all my first post about this PCN here http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=93760&mode=threaded&pid=1009903 although as I say I think I was barking up the wrong tree (de minimus/'clipping') in that post

I have until Dec 2nd to go to PATAS... am losing sleep over this and am wishing I had paid up in the beginning because now I don't know if I have a leg to stand on (despite being Mummylonglegs!)

It is very confusing for OPs to start 2nd threads as it makes assessment very difficult. Could you please put this into your original thread, please. It will then get to the head of the queue and we'll look at it again.

If you have lost the discount option, it is a no-brainer to take it all the way to adjudication, there are no additional costs, just your time in preparing your appeal submission.

Oh dear, I am sorry to have caused confusion. I thought it needed a new post because I was asking about a different angle. But obviously not, so apologies for that!
I will try to copy this into the original post (called "Bus Lane CCTV & 6 seconds 'clipping'... Help!") here http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=93760&mode=threaded&pid=1009903
