Hi Pepipoo,
I have recently received a Claim Form from Parking Eye LTD trying to claim back a 'Parking Charge'.
I am following the advice of this
thread and submitting my AOS tomorrow morning.
My next step is to seek advise from a Pepipoo established member... If anyone is available, I would be incredibly grateful if you could help me in this next step.
After feeling initially anxious about this process, I am now feeling rather confident and up for a gun-sling with these cowboys.
Thanks, in advance, and I look forward to hearing from a pepipoo pro
Best,

Is it a small claims form? Is it genuine? Court stamps? What's the date? Did you follow the instruction on acknowledging it, stating you will defend in full and asking for 28 days deadline?
Do not worry. One of the experienced posters here will be along to help.
If you are still at the earlier stage, here's
Ian2547's thread for you to have a look.

Thanks Tapas,
It is genuine, I have submitted by acknowledgement online - stating my intent to defend it in full.
Should I keep posting reminders on this post,, to prompt a reply from an experience member, or just wait it out?
Thanks again

I can't link my usual stuff because MSE forums are down overnight - but look at other PE Court claim threads here over the first few pages of the forum, click on them and skim read for any links about what to put in a defence. I post such links quite often so you should find useful info on other people's threads and hopefully MSE will be working when you click on the links in question.

Thanks for replying SchoolMumRun,
I have had a scan of the forum, a lot of the link information is for people pre Claim Form stage, but i'm fairly useless at negotiating forums so have probably missed them. Most people seem to be getting PM'd for further information on how to defend Claim Forms... is this the case?
At this stage I think a skeleton defence would be ideal, if anyone is available to PM me I can be more specific about my details. I would be incredibly grateful.
I still have about 2 weeks, so not as urgent as some posters, but i would be far more comfortable getting it out of the way!
Thanks

Hi Everyone,
So my date for defence is fast looming. After deciding on the weekend to cave in and pay them to go away, after a quick scan of the forum I think I've got a bit of fight left in me yet.
Please can someone PM me to help with my defence, i'm a bit lost, and don't know where to start
I've got this far, I could do with an extra little shove...
Thanks all
also, do you think as a general note, it would be worth someone, senior, creating a regular post that summarises any cases that have run the course? I think it would be useful to newcomers to get a general overview of how these court proceedings start and finish

Many of us have been away on holiday. Did you pay or did you summarise your defence?
See this thread - post # 6 - and send more detail to the Court if you feel your defence was weak:

P.S. And please no private messages right now, have a pressing family issue to deal with.
