We need more facts. Speed alleged and limit, why are you unsure, who else could have been driving etc.

And what you have done to establish who was driving. The man in the pub is inclined to think that saying you are unsure who was driving is a good loophole, it isn't and is liable to get you 6 points and a large fine.

Looks like this 30 limit. As suggested, time to think hard about who was driving, you could easily turn a possible speed awareness course or £60 + 3 points into something very, very much more painful.
