Hi Guys, been reading lots of posts about people who have received nip's, looks like the best option will be the PACE statement.

I have already printed the Witness Statement, and is ready to be sent off with the NIP (nail bitting time). But just wanted someone to confirm this is the best option.

OK, Received my CONDITIONAL OFFER OF FIXED PENALTY this morning (04/11/2005) second class post..
Judging by reading similar posts, i just need to ignore this...

Yes ignore it - however be aware that Hampshire have summonsed people who used PACE (Cuddlyewok springs to mind) although [older it seems] cases have timed out (my 2 for example)
