Hello,

I recently received an NIP, although it was addressed to my partner (who is still registered with the DVLA as living with her parents). I am happy to provide my details and accept the points/fine. The question I have is, once we have returned the NIP stating that I was driving and providing my address will any further letters be sent to my partners parent's house?

Cheers

As it's addressed to your partner, SHE must complete and sign it, not you.

If she nominates you as the driver, all future correspondence will be addressed to you.

Hello,

Yes I know she must complete and return it, which she will. All I wanted to know is that no more letters would go to her parent's house after she returned the NIP.

Cheers

Assuming that you return your own form stating that you were the driver, there is no further reason for the police to contact her.
