Help!!!

I recently got clamped in Islington. I was parked legally at the time, with a valid parking voucher displayed. Firstly I got a PCN (which I am fighting, as the voucher was correct and valid) but then a few hours later I also got clamped.

The reason I was given for the clamp was 'outstanding PCNs'. At the time I was using a hire vehicle. I had recieved a few PCNs in the weeks before, but I had been sent no notice to owners from the hire company, and in fact the hire company was just paying off any parking tickets they got sent through for the vehicle and charging them straight to my account.

Is there any way I can claim back the money I had to pay the clampers? It isn't right and I am fuming!

Thank you to anyone who can help or give any sort of advice.
