Full Version: Bus lane Penalty Charge
FightBack Forums > Queries > Council Tickets & Clamping and Decriminalised Notices
Hi all, I'm new! smile.gif
We received the following notice today, after the incident on a weekday Bank Holiday.
I can see from the photo that the vehicle is in the bus lane, but we must only have travelled in it for just over 5 metres or so. It was dark at the time and I can't remember if that lane, which is permanent, is clearly signalled but I will check at the weekend.

I've heard of something called the 20 metre concession - can anyone explain more about this? The lane only begins where it is shown at the top of the photo so I'm sure we weren't in it for anywhere near that stretch.

Many thanks.

Neil B
It's quite funny.
I clicked on the thread title and thought ''please let it be Leeds''.

Their Bus lane PCNs are b*ll*x.

A few other threads with the details.
