I take it you do not dispute the speed, and you know you were driving, so nothing really to argue about. Provided you have not done one in the last three years, you should be offered a speed awareness course at that speed, which you have to pay for but avoids getting points. Therefore, despite what the Wizard says, send back the form straight away and hope you receive that offer.
