Broadsword
(Listed for a mate who hasn't currently got internet)
Offence date 22nd Feb 2005
Location M4 South Wales
Mobile Camera Van on a motorway bridge
98mph in 70mph limit.

NIP sent on time first class.
So far a couple of letters back and forward, told them he didn't know who was driving and indistinct photos received. (The two photos with the speed reading do not show the reg number but a third photo much closer shows the reg number but no speed reading).

Since then he has not sent back the NIP and just buried his head in the sand, NIP is now beyond the 28 days. Has received a letter saying he is to be prosecuted for failing to nominate but no summons yet.

Any ideas?   [list]

Have a bloody good read of the Para.4 cases on here, and being an ostrich doesn't help

He MUST take action to inform them ASAP as to who the 'drivers' may have been and must show diligence in his actions.... I'm sure you know about perjury, so he must not commit that   Follow some of the 'success story' Para 4 defences and see how you get on..

As for your PM, i'll have you a reply shortly  :D
