Full Version: NCP Parking ticket
FightBack Forums > Queries > Council Tickets & Clamping and Decriminalised Notices
I was recently issued a ticket (as shown) because my car was parked over the line into the next space. This is in a london underground station car park. The next space is adjacent to the ticket machine and has a terms & conditions sign overhanging it (as shown) making it unlikely to fit another car in. The ticket issued was lightly stuck to the passenger door (not the window) which I nearly missed.
I haven't contacted NCP in anyway at this point. Judging by some of the topics, I shouldn't. Do I ignore this now? Does NCP have the right to get my info from DVLA?
Thank you.
DVLA will provide details to anyone that sends them the £2-50. They will always agree to a PPC request.

You owe NCP nothing. Ignore them.

See the sticky area for examples of the typical letter chain.
