Hi all

Got a bit of a tricky one,

I put a load of permits on my car to cover it for the whole day, but came back to find it had a ticket for not displaying a valid permit. Later on my partner talked to a traffic warden who admitted to issuing it and said it was because the times were wrong. We had filled them out one for every 90 minutes, so one had 8.30, the next had 10 ect, when apparently they are supposed to all read 8.30 and just collectively add upto a day. This is obviously a purposefully gotcha they have snuck in, but is it actually lawful? Each of the tickets on there own would of covered the car during the allotted time, but does somehow the presents of a ticket for another time void the current one?

Thanks
Ian
