I've just received a NIP on 28th Dec - dated 24th Dec regarding a speeding offence on 10th Nov.

The offence took place on M6 & it is alleged I was doing 82mph.
There was a Camera Police Van parked on one of the flyovers.
When I looked at my speedo it was showing about 81mph.
I am a Plater / Driver & the car I was driving was being delivered & on route from Giffnock to Fylde.
The time was around 1.30pm

Can I use the 'time lapsed' defence or is that not applicable as the vehicle is not registered in my name & it would have taken them time to track the car & my Trade Plate to my employers who own the Trade Plates?
AFCNEAL
In a word - no..........

Ok thanks for you "speedy" response even if it wasn't the answer I was hoping for.
