recieved PCN from CofL code 23J Parked in a Parking place or area not designeted for that class of vehicle.

I have requested video footage and TMO.

Have also requested exact location as all it states is "Charterhouse St." which is quite a long street.

Can some one point me to the relevent sections of the Traffic signs Manual regarding loading bays.

I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along soon, but don't worry too much, the City of London overturns a greater percentage of tickets than any London Borough.

Loading is not a "class of vehicle".

The TSM is useful, but it's the Traffic Signs Regs that provide the legal basis.
