My wife has been Nip`d again
The Van and operator was in the local bus stop, as they always are.
I have done a quick search and couldn`t come up with anything.
My question is : Is it legal for the van and operator to be in the bus stop?
I thought bus stops were for ONLY buses?
36 in a 30 and the offence was 11/09/10...Got the NIP today!

Even if they should not have been there, that is no help at all to your wife, it will still provide evidence that she was speeding. At that speed she should be offered a speed awareness course, unless she has done one in the last 3 years. That will cost time and money but she will not get any points.

Whether they have dispensation to be there or not wont make much difference - the speeding has still been committed.

what happened to her last NIP and her failure to furnish court appearance?
