Can anyone confirm what the actual time delay is between a traffic light going amber, and when a camera is armed.
I've seen a few variations... The amber 3 second phase seems to be constant, but do they set the red light delay depending on the speed limit? Or is there no red light delay?
Thank you.

AFAIK redlight cameras become active 1 second after the lights have changed to red.

I understood it to be 0.5 seconds after red and have seen a photo with 0.6 given as time into red.
Amber must be 3+/-0.25 seconds so start of amber to camera enabled would be 3.25-3.75s

Yep, a quick Google seems to suggest 0.5 seconds is the norm.
