Hi. Thoughts please.
I received a parking charge notice from FlashPark asking for money for unauthorised parking in a communal parking area at a friend's residential flat. The car is pictured parked in a visitor's space. It has been parked in this space on many previous occassions without issue. I presume that they did not see a visitor's pass in the window and have issued the notice based on this.
I know the standard advice is to just ignore this and it will eventually go away, however, as my car could be parked there on numerous future occassions, is this wise? If I were to ignore it and my car is spotted there again, with or without a visitor's permit, what action are they likely to take?
Any replies gratefully received.
