NIP number 2 received on 15-Mar-2005. Wording the same as the first one, and given another 28days to provide name and address.
Ignored.
Received conditional offer today (18-Mar-2005) which offers the standard 60pounds fine and 3points or face proceedings.
I'm going to ignore this one too, and wait and see what comes next.
