What is the name of the Constabulary? -
Date of the offence: - August 2009
Date of the NIP: - 35 days after the offence
Date you received the NIP: - 36 days after the offence
Location of offence (exact location as it appears on the NIP: important): - A38 Bristol Rd @ Oak Tree Lane, (out of city ), Birmingham
Was the NIP addressed to you? - Yes
Was the NIP sent by first class post, second class or recorded delivery? - First
If your are not the Registered Keeper, what is your relationship to the vehicle? -
How many current points do you have? - 0

Please do not post personal details for obvious reasons - Can't remember actual incident,but it's a busy junction most times of the day. Would remember running a red light,may have been stuck behind traffic when the lights changed

I suggest you write to them and ask for copies of any photo's to help identify the driver. Do not elaborate or use the words evidence or proof. This will help you tell if it was a clean ping. This does not stop the 28 day clock. It would appear the NIP is late. When did you but the vehicle and what is the date on V5C Registration document at the Doc Ref. Have you recenly moved house. Are you sure this NIP is not marked up as a reminder. Do you use that junction on that date and time, why are you unsure of driver. We can't help without the facts. Pete D

Please do not post personal details for obvious reasons - Can't remember the exact incident,but the junction is busy all day long,mayn have been behind traffic when exiting the junction.I would have remembered jumping a red light.
