Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm new to the site!
I wondered if anyone could advise me on what I think will be a speeding ticket. First off though I admit I was speeding and have to hold my hand up to that. The problem I have is the positioning of the speed camera. I was coming down a hill and around a right hand bend which had cars parked on the right hand (opposite to my driving side). As I came around the bend I saw the mobile speed camera van parked about ten metres or so behind the last parked car. It was impossible to see until I had rounded the bend and he was about twenty metres away. I must point out though that there was space to get another car up the road in the opposite direction, in case anyone thinks I was driving wrecklessly. On my way back I got out and had a good look to see just how invisible he was and took some photos. He was invisible from the road coming down the hill. I am just really miffed. I was prob doing about 33-36mph so admit I was at fault though it is a rural area and there have been no accidents that I am aware of. Has anyone any ideas?
