When I came back to my car today there was a £60 fixed penalty for not having a tax disk ( oversight as it ran out 31/8 ). We have not had a reminder either...sniff. but on the fixed penalty the registration no is correct and the colour but the make is wrong.
As this is in Scotland ( funny laws ) does this error make a difference - obviously no name or address on FP notice
