Hi

I have received a PCN for being in a bus lane in London Road, Mitcham. My husband was driving at the time and he admits he was in the bus lane.

I have (hopefully, 1st time uploading pics) enclosed scans of the pcn and any advice would be most gratefully received in whether or not I can contest this as being invalid in any way.

Many Thanks

JJ

And I don't think there is a chance to prove that the driver tried to correct his mistake, or ... is there?

Thanks a lot for looking into this for me. I guess I'll have to pay up......
