A friend recommended i come here and seek your advice.

I was sent an intent of prosecution notice for a red light offense (which I honestly had no knowledge of) anyway it was dated over a month after the incident date.

I replied and said I had no knowledge of the incident and they then sent photo evidence to which i then filled out the form, that was late last year and then today (3rd March 2009) I received a court summons. This is however some 2.5 - 3 months later.

What is the best course of action?
