Well, word is getting around about ppepeppoeppooop pooo, errrr, I'll write it down for you.

The number of PACE letters must be approaching critical mass, such that they have to do something about it. The longer they don't do something, the more word gets about that if you send one in, you don't get done. Friend tells a friend, who tells a friend..... somebody else described it on here as a snow ball going down a hill.

I'm happily coming to believe that they would have put it to bed by now (like they did with the unsigned forms) were they able to.....

I think me and berlingo (well me actually!) took full advantage of the free tea refills   over a course of 3-4 hours. At one point we looked around and thought they had closed, but were too polite to throw us out  

Got some very funny looks that night
