I was heading southbound from Perth to Stirling on the A9 dual carrigeway. Near Auchterarder the Police who were on the Northbound carrageway clocked me on a Kustom Falcon rader doing 101mph in a 70mph speed limit.
I got my court citation this morning. I was going to just accept what they gave me, however reading through the Police summary of evidence they have stated that I was travelling Northwards when I wasn't.
Should I fight this?

Definately- if you think you may not have been travelling at this speed
Radar is a lot less reliable as the laser guns used in SCP vans
Hire a good solicitor- try Graham Walker/Walker Road Traffic Law
Get it put back forever till they can't say hand on heart that you are the guy they definately pulled
Never mind what carriageway you were on
Always worth trying if you may not have been speeding at that rate
Take proper advice is my advice!

Thanks for the reply! Im stuck in two minds. If I plead guilty does anyone know what kind of sentence I might get? I dont want to pay a fortune for a solicitor plead not guilty and then get hammered if they then find me guilty.
