It is the court that awards costs.

Write to the Costs Office Clerk at the court.

Itemise all you costs and put £9.25 per hour for all the time you have spent preparing splitting it up into small amounts for different things. If the clerk then goes through it ticking all the small things it will en up a big bill.

Do Not totall it up as this will look a lot.

Got the cheque this morning.

peteTurbo - DPA?????

DW190 - I didn't get a chance to do this. When I said about costs the clerk asked how much so I had to say there and then and she had to get the magistrates agreement.

£60......it's half a night out so I am happy!
