Full Version: Attendant put in wrong street name

Hi
I just received a parking ticket (standard PCN) despite the fact I was parked legally.
The contravention is for parking ina red route even though it was in the allocated dotted white line area.
However, I noticed an even more obvious error. The parking attendant has put an incorrect street name on the PCN, the street doesn't even exist in my local area.
I imagine I can appeal on this basis? Do you know which sectgion of the road traffic act I can appeal based on?

Thanks
Teufel

I agree. I got a PCN a few years ago and the PA had put the wrong postcode down. I pointed this out to Westminster Council and they cancelled the PCN. With a incorrect street name they will have no other choice but to cancel the PCN.
