who was driving...me or my girlfriend. The n.i.p was addressed to me personally but not my current address.
the main point is that i changed my drivers license at dvla to my new address 3 months ago and they sent the n.i.p & final notice to my old address so they were delayed in reaching me. Can this help me in anyway?

The point is not whether you had changed your driving licence details with the DVLA.
After all, since the police don't know who was driving, how can they look up the driver's details? rolleyes.gif
The point is, had you changed the log book (V5C) details with the DVLA, and, if so, when.
If you also changed the V5C details three months ago, it is likely that you will have a defence to the speeding charge. It does not provide a defence to the S172 (failure to supply) charge, although it may help.
