caught early jan, 51 in a 40.
nip arrived within 6 days,
sent back unsigned near 28 limit,
got it sent back a month later, filed it.
got another a month later, filed it.
got 2 visits from bib, not in.
well by nip and s172 limits,

thank you all on the forum for your posts. even though i didn't post the nip wizard i learnt enough from the posts to see wot was needing to be done.

Good to know someone had some luck , i had none !! out of interest which diviion was it ?

Hi Chubby, yours and mines almost identical, although I was not until the latter part of January, still the potential for a 172 issue, however, it seems unlikely. Does seem that the cost of sending round two of Britains finest, on multiple occassions, is not an issue, as it could potentially solve a serious offence and bring in £60 to the bargain.

it beggars belief that yobs get off with much more than a speeder.
yet it did make me feel better that i was getting something for my hard earned council tax.
pity i wasn't around when they came lookin, ha ha
i reckon it would hav cost more than the £60 to come lookin for me. money well spent eh!!!
