Hi everyone,

Specifically the learn-ed ones out there!

I understand that a document headed "without Prejudice" can't be shown to a court when squabbling over money & offers, etc (County Court Judgement sittings).

Does / Could the same not apply to Criminal cases like Speeding where one can use the "Without Prejudice" cloak to own up to driving without them being able to use such a document in court?

You may like to try reading s31 from the following. "Administration of Justice Act 1970."
Whether it has any bearing on your claim is for you to decide.
