Hi there.
A year ago I received a ticket from those 'darlings' Parkforce, issued by some neighbours who have had a grudge against me since I moved here. It stated that I was parking against the terms and conditions of the car park (of the building in which we live)- the only terms and conditions in said car park are that a parking permit must be displayed, and I was displaying my permit. Other residents (and their friends, family etc) park in the car park without permits, and I feel as though they were victimising me.
Since then, I have not received any letters asking me to pay fees, penalties etc... do I just try and forget the fact that this ticket was ever issued? Or do I continue to photograph other cars that have contravened the 'terms and conditions' (such a joke to me after studying Business Law) until I get a suprise in the post?
Obviously I don't want to contact these crooks to let them know that I am aware of the notice, they'll just ask for the money!
Perhaps if I do get a notice, I might invest in one of their £99 packs and get my money back ticketing the the other reisdents who actually *do* mispark their cars!!
