This must have cropped up as an issue before, but here goes.
I've just received a NIP from suffolk constabulary for last sunday on the A14 at Haughley (65 in a 50 limit apparently). Me and the wife were driving back up from colchester to yorkshire, we shared the driving between us and we swopped over on several occaisons including somewhere around here. Niether of us had any knowledge of being 'flashed by a camera at the time .We don't know the area and are genuinely hard pressed to say who was actually driving at Haughley, which we've now found on the map. It was definately one of us that was driving, but we genuinly don't know which one. How should we proceed in responding to the NIP?

Follow the "Paragraph 4 (Unsure of Driver) Defence" sticky towards the top of Judicial Process page. Fairly easy to follow.
