Please can anyone help?

I have a company car and have been forwarded by my company a copy of a NIP they recieved and then returned with my details.

The date of the offence was 03/12/06, the date of issue of the original NIP was 02/01/07.

I have now been issued with my own NIP dated 15/01/07.

I know that the 14 day rule does not apply if you are not the registered keeper with the DVLA (company car) as it may take longer to track you down.
Is my NIP void as the original NIP had taken almost 1 month to be issued?

Thanks

You need to find out whether or not the company are the registered keepers. It could well be that the company lease it from a third party. Once you find this out (phone your fleet department, or whoever looks after the vehicles) then post back.
