Hi there.
Can anyone tell me if the NIP process and therefore pepipoo's answer to avoid prosecution as it is in England and Wales, is the same process in Northern Ireland? I am from NI and wish to be ready for a prosecution if needs be. I have read a lot of the forums on this site and got a lot of info from Motorcycle News on this topic, but as is the case with NI, legal matters and their processes are different from the mainland. If different, what can I do an envoke the same rites?
Were you stopped by the BiB, cautioned, given any paperwork, what. What do you think you have done to excite the RTA. Regards Peter

The laws are slightly different but NI is part of the EU too
