Tewkesbury market town, Gloucestershire.

The only Parking Warden in the town employed by Police has been suspended on "unrelated matters".
Word has got around & all the locals are parking anywhere.

It's now a parking free for all, although reinforcements have just been drafted in by the Mayor,
in guise of a Community Support Warden, issuing tickets like no tomorrow on cars who thought they were safe.

Its the same in Kettering Northants. Its been a free for all for the last 12 months. Kettering has not got a trafic warden whatsoever. Parking on double yellows and double parking is an every day thing here. The police says its a council problem, the council say its a polic problem and it goes round and round.
