You said 'Did the first NIP arrive within 14 days? - Yes' but it didn,t you stated it was dated 18 days aftere the offence. if so the NIP is not Valid and you should write back informing them the the NIP is not valid and return the blank NIP. Regards Peter
It's a fleet car - unfortunately for me, the Police did contact the fleet company within 14 days...

You've said the V5 is in your name - this isn't normally the case with company cars and is why it has been suggested that the NIP is out of time. I assume that the chain is Leasing company, then your compant, then you..........
