can anyone help !!!! I HAVE JUST GOT A CONDITIONAL OFFER OF FIXED PENALTY. I sent out nip and pace forms recored mail and followed all the advice from the nip wizard.I have 28 days to send in my licence and £60 to get 3 points. or go to court. any advice out there????
