hi all, i was just wondering in a nutshell what did the bristol case actually mean for us at the moment, what did it prove?

“In a nutshell”, the Bristol case has moved us one step closer to getting the substantive issues aired in front of a proper court – the House of Lords and the ECHR.

Remember, if you plead not guilty - or you plead guilty 'with reservation' [the PACE arguments] - you may be automatically entitled to compensation etc. icon_idea.gif
