Organised crime is getting in on the act by providing driver license details for those caught speeding. Not clear if the original registered keeper is aware this is being done criminally or if they are convinced it's being done legally.

I have to say that I doubted this was actually a "real" report from ITV when they printed "a situation where he had to many points on his licence."
But, then again, it seems that anyone can achieve a degree from our wonderful "universities" even if they cannot write in the English language!
