Full Version: Picture, Does it have to have the speed?

hey,
i recieved my picture to identify the driver of the vehicle, yes it was me, but all i can say now is how can they say that i was speeding, i saw on the other pictures that it actually has the speed they are doing at the time of the offence, but mine does not, it has everything else BUT the speed, now i would have thought that to tell you that you are speeding it would have to say it on the picture... correct me if im wrong but should it not have the speed on it?
please shed some light on it...

That picture is an extract from a video. The picture it's self is not the evidence. They will have taken the best frame from the video clip with you in it in order to identify the vehicle.
So as this is not the evidence, no it doesn't need to show the speed.
