Just been shown a charge notice from Highview parking.
should I propose appealing, I believe it was a non working machine.

Any facts you’d like to share?

Is the PCN PoFA compliant?
What’s the signage like, conspicuous, easily read, able to crate a contract?

Who (in relation to the car) has the notice?

An out of action machine is certainly not a winning appeal point.

Is the PCN PoFA compliant? Not sure, reading up now,
What’s the signage like, conspicuous, easily read, able to crate a contract?
Signage was adjacent to machine from what I have been told,

Who (in relation to the car) has the notice?
The owner

An out of action machine is certainly not a winning appeal point.
It has been out of use for some considerable time, April/May from what I gather, also aware of several other drivers similarly penalised.

The first rule, at the moment, is not to infer the identity of the driver. Please edit your last post

Post up the redacted PCN but leave dates. Post on a hosting site, such as imgur, and put the link on here.

Here's POFA https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9...edule/4/enacted you need to look at mainly paragraph 9
