Hi - have just recieved another ticket! I was travelling to the post office and there were no empty spaces, so i parked on a single yellow and left my hazards on. I have the reciept for the post office with the times shown. Thanks

In that case the contravention never ocurred. You should write to the council immediately enclosin a copy of the receipt.
