Hi can anyone advise me what to do next.

I entered my reg number wrongly - I was genuinely suffering from a bad cold and must have mixed up the last three digest of my reg.

Initial parking rejected my appeal - Saying there was ‘no trace of payment’ and want £60 (discounted) £100 after 14 days.

Should I Appeal to POPLA or take the reduced rate?
