If they have just changed the signs then the order might be ultra vires
They also use an 0845 number. an argument that this has been ruled illegal can be made. This has not as yet garnered much support at TPT but we are working on it and IIRC the last time it was put to Nottingham the backed out

So are we saying that although it isn't a bus lane NCC have now got the correct signage up and therefore there is no way so successfully challenge the charge ?
There was special routing and parking restrictions in place that day due to University drop offs but I cant recall exactly what now
