A friend of mine has just received the enclosed ticket. (He was taking his wife for cancer treatment, but I know that is no excuse)
He says that he was surprised that he would have been stopped in a yellow box, but the photo shows that he was in it for atleast 18 seconds.
He is going to contact them to ask for the video, but is there anything he can look into whilst he is waiting to review it?
I know this is a real cash cow junction.
