Why not ask a few of the District Judges that have to deal with 200 of these cases at court each week.

Why not focus on the way that the PPC's abuse the court systems.

How they attempt court but will back out at the first sign of a decent defence.

Yeah, do that, but jazz it up a bit with some rock music and before each ad suggest that 'We're not allowed to film inside the court, but this hearing is already out of control... and now Parking Eye's advocate has yet another 500 page binder to reveal with some SHOCKING NEW EVIDENCE!! Can this disabled Mum of 5 get her £240 Penalty for staying 3 minutes in the Help-for-Heroes charity shop loading bay whilst dropping off her dead relatives old clothing overturned??' FIND OUT AFTER THE BREAK!

Please do stop reporting Council PCN cases in the same breath as scam private ones. They are chalk and cheese.

And how about telling people in words they can understand, NEVER to appeal a private one blabbing about who the driver was, seeing as many PCNs are no POFA compliant. A simple tactic to swerve the scam, so a registered keeper appellant will win at POPLA (BPA firms only).

And certainly go to somewhere that gets the private parking ''outrageous scam'' like Manchester or Skipton Court and see the lies exposed by canny Judges who have actually understood what the *industry* is doing.
