I have received a second bus lane penalty charge notice for the second time in a week. There are no clear signposts for the bus lanes. I see people on here have experienced the same fines as me. Is there any way of appealing? What could I do to appeal this?

Upload the PCN (redacting just name/address), the council video, council pics, and a link to the location on Google Street View. Use an external site like imgur.com to host the pictures.
