Hi all, I was parked up Friday night in St Peters Street, Ipswich. I came back a while later to see a PCN with the following details:

Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours
Code: 01

However I'm not sure the signage is legal. At the entrance to the road, there's a Restricted Road sign, but nothing else for the length of the road, and other side roads leading on to St Peters don't have these markings as far as I can see.

Where I parked there are no markings whatsoever on the road.

The signage, another 40 feet further up the road is:

So is this enforceable?

Thanks

Looking on streetview and if still the same.
Restricted Zone signs at both ends of St Peters and on only side road that can be used to enter.

Bay markings look reasonable, not reliant on differing paving for instance.

So yes, seems to be enforceable.
Best post up the PCN.
