Can people really download this app and give other people tickets lol ?

So someone who lives in the flats where we are they cant just walk around our estate ticketing people

if the "people" in the "flats OWN the land then they can sign a contract and use this self ticketing method

but if you mean a person hoping to send photos of a car that is badly parked on land that they do not own then no

PS: Mr "person" from "flats" may be called into court as a witness ,and MR PPC has a habit of not paying out the £10 on paid tickets

But it won't stop them and it won't stop the PPC's from harassing the 'offending' motorist. Even if only a handful of motorists stump up to avoid the aggravation then the PPC and the budding David Baileys involved will all be in pocket.

Unless the motorist issues a court claim for harassment (extremely difficult unless major harassment) or a DPA breach, then none of this is going anywhere near a court.
