Hi all,

Quick question

I am being taken to court by one of the usual suspects and their erstwhile firm of solicitors.

I have drafted my letter to oppose their direction for the case to be heard on the papers.

To whom do I send this letter? Does it need to go to the County Court centre in Northampton along with my completed directions questionnaire, or do I wait for the case to be allocated to my local court and send the letter there?

Many thanks
kommando
Goes in the directions questionnaire.

Thanks - there doesn't seem to be any specific space for such a response on the actual directions questionnaire form itself, or a box to check to say that you have included a letter - Is it acceptable to simply enclose the letter with the questionnaire?

Since you are spreading the details of your case over now 3 threads, you are unlikely to get much if any response. Your other two threads are
